No refunds, no exceptions! Once you submit your order, it cannot be refunded or changed.


Only regular priced items may be exchanged if defective or damaged, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

When returning, we recommend using a trackable service such as USPS flat-rate shipping or purchasing shipping insurance. Please also remember that you are responsible for returning shipping charges.
