No refunds, no exceptions! Once you submit your order, it cannot be refunded or changed.

SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be exchanged if defective or damaged, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges only under the conditions specified below.

Only regular priced items may be exchanged and only if the items are defective or damaged. We must receive it within seven (7) business days of it being originally delivered. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@effubeautybrand.com. Be sure to include your name and order number in the email.

RETURN SHIPPING

To return your product, you must first email us at info@effubeautybrand.com. We will not process any exchanges without being notified.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

When returning, we recommend using a trackable service such as USPS flat-rate shipping or purchasing shipping insurance. Please also remember that you are responsible for returning shipping charges.
